Very helpful video as well as your comments! What would you recommend for someone who wants to get in to cake decorating and sculpting? I want to go to school for it but while im getting my basics out of the way I want to practice so I can be more prepared, any help is greatly appreciated! thanks =D

it’s all practice! Once you have the basics, and know to smooth the icing upwards, and always mould corners first etc, it gets eaier the more you do. Some shapes are more diffiult e.g. number 9, but always use a good quality icing, like renshaw regalice
