    I have just recently discovered the joys of cake decorating but haven’t tried anything yet- I am more interested in learning at this point so this video was GREAT!! =)

    Dave, you and the gang are doing a great job with these vids! You’re putting into perspective for the average layman to understand (like: hand size vs. bag size). BRILLIANT! I’ve been taking paid professional classes for a year and no one’s been nearly as succinct as you have. Cheers and keep up the good work.

    PS: your Liverpuddlian accent and Gosia’s Polish accent together are the cutest thing EVER!

    I was always making the piping bag according to how much I thought I would need to pipe the message or so I would save time and not have to make so many. Thank you for the clarification! Didn’t know about folding away from the seam. Thanks:)
    I have not tried writing thin on top thick, but I will now, it is beautiful:)
