    this is such a great song. they played it at my pastors birthday celebration it was in a slideshow of him and his dad who died about 6 years ago.

    It was in the movie, during credits:

    “This is Home” was the 3rd song of the credits, Switchfoot altered the soundtrack version into this song. This is Home was played as the last credit song (Out of 3). The lyrics were a lot different to what you hear in this version, the whole song never has the words “this is home.” They changed to the lyrics to make it more fitting, They also used a full percussion set instead of a drum set.
